Why thinking ahead and clearing up confusion with new clients is well worth the immediate investment

Welcoming a new client to your business is a great feeling. There is nothing quite like knowing that all your promotional work has paid off, and the now you have the opportunity to work with someone new.  Lots of business owners I know focus on building rapport and trust while establishing expectations in the first few conversations.
